Meet the Barista

Hi, I’m Ben, the barista behind Simplicity Coffee Cart! I’ve spent most of my life in the tennis world, starting to coach at just 11 years old. However, a few years ago, I decided to try something new and dove into the coffee industry. What started as a fun job with my sister turned into a true passion for crafting great coffee and connecting with people.

After working as a barista for a couple of years, I took a break, but I quickly realized I missed the hands-on work, the latte art, and conversations with regulars. So, I decided to start my own coffee cart, focused on enhancing events with high quality drinks and personal service.

A Few Fun Facts About Me:

I was born and raised in Minnesota. After traveling, I’ve realized just how much I love living here.
When I’m not making coffee, I’m probably playing chess.
I actually prefer tea over coffee (I know!).
I love meeting new people and hearing their stories, which is one of the reasons I enjoy catering events and being a part of new experiences.
